Each year the Group Scout Council must hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Annual Report is approved by the Group Executive Committee before the AGM and copies are made available to the Group Scout Council and the public.
2010/2011 - 1st Hainault Scout Group Annual Reports for the Years 2010-2011. These were fully approved on 12th July 2011.
