The Presidents team is responsible for the following;
To plan, organise and deliver ways of saying “thank you” to our adults and young people;
To send cards to Group members so that the Group appropriately commemorate birthdays, anniversaries and other events;
To plan and deliver ways of embedding County and District Youth Member recruitment toolkits;
To collate information relating to local area demographics for consideration by the Executive Committee;
To provide estimated costs for the above activities for approval by the Group Executive Committee; and
To provide a regular report to the Group Executive Committee.
Membership of this team is by appointments as either Hon. President or as Hon. Vice President.
